“I wish I had this course, when I started!”
With 35 years of experience in the hairdressing industry and almost a decade of salon ownership, I thought I knew everything I needed to know about the day to day running of the salon.
However I knew it was the money side of the business that I definitely needed to learn more about.
When I considered enrolling in the money course, the only thing that initially held me back was my concerns about the time I could commit, but what motivated me to enrol was that I’ve worked with Antony before and I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed with the content of the program.
As I went through the course, I found the time to work on it because it was so inspiring and I was learning so much from it, every aspect of it taught me something new.
The course not only exceeded my expectations but every module unraveled new insights, and I found myself absorbing valuable knowledge as I worked my way through the program.
I think the module where I learnt to understand my annual accounts was really the foundation of everything else because it enabled me to understand my business in a way I hadn’t previously thought about and it helped me to move everything else forward.
One of the most important parts of the course for me was the pricing module because it forced me to reevaluate my salon services, from the time I allocated for appointments to the price points for each service. The formula provided made everything easy to work out and was an absolute godsend. It was brilliant!
What I loved most about the Money Course was its flexibility. I could seamlessly integrate it into my busy working life – listening while walking the dog or working through it whenever I had half an hour to spare.
Because of the course I was able to create a budget for a funding application from a local authority. The cash flow projections provided were invaluable and played a pivotal role in securing funding for the salon project that I had envisioned which enabled me to move my business forward.
Without Antony and the Money Course, I would never have been able to forward plan the financial aspects of running a profitable business.
