What we cover
DAY ONE – 9am – 5pm
On day one, we start with management and marketing, identifying your business’s current position and crafting a vision for where you want it to be in three years.
Together, we’ll explore your brand positioning, identify your target market, and design a seamless client journey tailored to your ideal client’s needs.
When you finish day one, you will be able to identify and set goals for growth areas in your business and outline the strategy and tactics needed for your own salon’s growth plan.
DAY TWO – 9am – 5pm
Day two shifts the focus to money and team management. You’ll learn to get to grips with your profit and loss, learn key benchmarks in your business, and understand the numbers that drive success.
We’ll cover pricing your services, setting budgets, and navigating different ways to pay your team.

The 2 day event is priced at $1,600:
Early bird $1,200 per person until 10th August 2026
Mid Price $1,400 per person from 11th August until 7th September 2026
Full Price $1,600 per person from 8th September up until event if there are still tickets available.
aYes, you can choose to pay in 2 interest-free payments if you book tickets at the early bird rate, all plans must be finalised before 11th September. All sales are final and there are no refunds if you change your mind.

rWe encourage you to actively film and photograph for social media. However, you can’t set up a camera and film the entire day.
Depending on which courses you currently have, some of the content will be familiar to you. However, being in a live group environment will ensure that there will be opportunities for the content to go off in other directions to suit the needs of the audience.
