My business partner and I enrolled our entire staff on the “Grow my salon business Super stylist course” in late 2020. 

Prior to participating in the course, our team had really struggled to find their passion, find their rhythm and rediscover their true potential after being closed due to Covid-19 earlier in the year, and all the disruptions to our business and our clients' lives throughout 2020.

As each week passed, we worked through the 9 modules as a team. The dynamics of the team really changed for the better from week 1, and we continued to flourish and improve as a team as each week passed with a new module.

Client average spend was  $152.00  

Now client average spend is $185.90 (AUD)

Client prebookings was 44% 

Client prebooking is now 79%

Number of clients buying retail during visits was 5% 

Now number of clients buying retail during visits is 24%

Our wage costs as % of turnover was prior to Super Stylist 64.95% is now 43.43%”
