Change starts by asking a question.

I’ve never met anyone who is where they want to be. Everyone wants to be, to do, to have, or to get something different to what they currently have.

The first step to creating any change is to ask questions of yourself, and when you ask questions, you get answers. And with answers the next step and the way forward becomes clearer.

Sounds simple enough doesn’t it?

So what’s the question you need to ask yourself?

Is it,

“How do I make the salon profitable?”

Or is it,

“How can I increase my retail?”

Or how about,

“How can I get a photo shoot together”

Or is it,

“How can I attract more clients?”

Whatever the question is, once you ask it, there will be an answer and the next step will become clearer. So how bad do you want it, whatever it is, and what are you prepared to do and what are you prepared to sacrifice in order to get it?

I’m not saying it will be easy, it’s not magic but just make a start, put one foot in front of the other, keep asking more questions, what, why, when, how, who…

The questions have answers, just trust that the answers take you in the direction you need to go.
